How do I identify my product? (and Why?)

Many Logitech products look alike but have different features or supported software versions. To get help, make sure you correctly identify yours by:

  • Option #1: Auto-detect. Have your browser auto-detect your product. Click the "Detect your devices" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: This feature must be enabled in your browser and only works if you have a USB product plugged into your PC. It won’t work with a non-USB device, such as a Squeezebox, analog speakers or a security camera.

  • Option #2: Search. Type the product name or model number in the search box and press Enter. For help finding these numbers, see Knowledge Base Article 5121.

  • Option #3: Select. Use the drop-down menus to select by product name and type (ex. Mice).

  • Option #4: Browse. Browse and select from among the product pictures.

Any of these options will take you to the correct Support Product Page. Choose one.
