How do I identify my product? (and Why?)

Many Logitech products look alike but have different features or supported software versions. To get help, make sure you correctly identify yours by:

Below are common questions that can be answered on our product support pages.

Is my Logitech product supported by Windows 7?

Go to your product’s support page. See "How do I identify my product?" above for help getting there.

Click Downloads at the top of the page. (Shown in the above image)

Under Choose OS, see if Windows 7 is listed. If it isn’t, there’s no software download for your product.
NOTE: Some products will work with no additional software or drivers needed.
Where can I find Product Manuals and Quick Start Guides?

Go to your product’s support page. See "How do I identify my product?" above for help getting there.

Go to the Product Documentation section on the left side. (Shown in the above image)

Click "User's Guide", "QuickStart Guide" or any other available document link.

If there's no documentation link available, see Knowledge Base article 8040 for a list of product documents.
Where can I find the latest software for my Logitech product?

Go to your product’s support page. See "How do I identify my product?" above for help getting there.

Click Downloads at the top of the page. (Shown in the above image)
NOTE: If you get a "There is no software available for this product" message, your product doesn’t require software or additional drivers to work.

Under Choose OS, select the operating system your computer is running.

Under Select Download, choose the software you want install.
NOTE: If you have a Windows OS, under Select File, choose either 32 or 64-bit. Not sure which you need? See Knowledge Base article 12320.

Scroll down and click on Download Software.
NOTE: Some products will work with no additional software or drivers needed.
Where can I find spare parts or replacement parts for my Logitech product?

Go to your product’s support page. See "How do I identify my product?" above for help getting there.

Go to the Replacement Parts section at the bottom right. (Shown in the above image)
If the Replacement Parts section doesn’t exist, no spare parts are available for your product.

Click on "See all" to go to a page that shows all available spare parts for your product.
What is the warranty of my Logitech product?

Where can I find technical specifications for my Logitech product?

NOTE: If no articles are listed, then there is no article for your product.

Where can I find a list of all answers for my Logitech product?

The first ten answers will show on the first page.

Click on a page Number or Next on the bottom of the page to show additional answers for your product.

You can also search within the results to find an answer faster.

In the new search box at right, search for a word or keyword you're interested in.
The list will show articles that include your keyword. If no articles are listed, there aren't any that have your keyword.

How do I reconnect my cordless mouse/keyboard?
